Maven AGI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be instrumental in generating pipeline and landing and expanding business with large enterprise customers, holding yourself accountable to a consistent and repeatable process.
What You'll Do
- Drive Enterprise Sales: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with large enterprise clients, focusing on building long-term strategic relationships.
- Manage and expand relationships within key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and deepening engagement across customer organizations.
- Use a consultative, solution-oriented approach to guide clients through complex sales cycles, demonstrating the value of MavenAGI’s offerings to meet their business objectives.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align on customer needs and ensure seamless implementation and support.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to develop targeted sales strategies and adapt to changing customer demands.
- Maintain a robust pipeline, accurately forecast sales activity, and regularly report on progress against revenue targets.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing MavenAGI at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and drive market awareness.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through disciplined execution and a relentless focus on customer success.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in enterprise sales, with a proven record of closing deals and exceeding targets within large organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to C-suite and senior-level executives, particularly within Fortune 1000 companies.
- Deep understanding of the Customer Experience, Customer Support, or SaaS markets, with experience selling high-value solutions in these spaces.
- Skilled at both new customer acquisition and account expansion, with a balance of hunter and farmer mindsets.
- Expertise in consultative and value-based selling, with the ability to clearly communicate how solutions address customer needs and drive business value.
- Strong financial, technical, and business insights to navigate complex sales cycles and tailor solutions for customer success.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption.
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, disciplined execution, and a passion for building customer-centric relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
