Lead enterprise growth across Australia and New Zealand by managing a portfolio of strategic accounts in the legal and professional services space. In this role, you’ll drive sales from initial outreach through to negotiation and onboarding, focusing on long-term value creation and client success.
What You’ll Do
- Exceed sales targets by managing a full-funnel pipeline and expanding existing enterprise relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client structures, challenges, and decision-making processes to deliver custom-fit solutions.
- Lead high-impact demonstrations and executive discussions that clearly communicate product value and technical strengths.
- Work closely with product, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to align client feedback with product development and strategy.
- Build trusted partnerships with legal, innovation, and C-suite stakeholders across the region.
- Document insights and refine outreach strategies to improve scalability and efficiency in regional sales operations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of proven success in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in AI, legaltech, or industry-specific software.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing complex deals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities for non-technical audiences.
- A genuine interest in the legal sector and how technology can transform knowledge work.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales dynamics in the ANZ market.
- Self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
