Lead strategic sales initiatives for enterprise clients in the multi-day and group travel space. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing high-complexity opportunities through a consultative approach that aligns WeTravel’s solutions with the unique needs of large organizations.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end sales processes for enterprise accounts, from initial outreach to contract finalization
- Engage directly with executive-level stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders, to understand business challenges and decision drivers
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to map client workflows and identify key pain points
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Enablement teams to tailor solutions and support technical evaluations
- Coordinate with other Account Executives when enterprise-level involvement is needed on cross-functional deals
- Maintain precise sales forecasts and ensure pipeline data reflects current deal progression
- Provide actionable feedback to product teams based on direct customer interactions and market trends
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environments
- Proven success managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior executives and influence strategic decisions
- Strong communication skills with a talent for breaking down complex systems into clear business value
