About the Role

Dispel is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own a named account list and drive growth within upper middle market and enterprise companies. You will lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, building key executive relationships and working cross-functionally to deliver value.

What You'll Do

  • Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business.
  • Attend conferences for booth management, lead qualification, and immediate follow-up.
  • Build awareness and relationships through networking events with vendors and prospective clients.
  • Qualify passive inbound leads and conduct initial sales prospecting calls.
  • Attend company social events in various cities with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Work with leaders from Engineering, Product, and Finance to lead complex product workshops and financial analyses.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to refine the sales process.
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of SaaS cybersecurity, OT/ICS, or related sales experience.
  • Successful track record of prospecting into Fortune 2000 accounts.
  • Experience selling within a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • A consultative mindset with exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for meetings, customer visits, and trade shows.
