Elicit is hiring a Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our most significant enterprise opportunities. You will turn inbound interest into impact, shaping how AI supports high-stakes research. As the most senior seller, you’ll partner directly with founders to define land-and-expand strategies in complex, research-driven domains.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for key enterprise opportunities from discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Run highly consultative processes to understand customer pain points, map workflows, and co-develop solutions.
- Tailor the value proposition to technical audiences like researchers, data scientists, and lab directors.
- Help expand existing accounts by landing pilot deals and building relationships to drive growth within large organizations.
- Partner closely with product and engineering to share feedback, unblock pilots, and influence the roadmap.
- Support junior team members and contribute to building a high-quality, repeatable sales motion.

- Ability to understand complex user workflows, spot patterns in their needs, and map that to product value.
- Strategic depth and client empathy, with experience demanding critical thinking, cross-functional alignment, and comfort in high-stakes conversations.
- Genuine curiosity about science and research, energized by learning how researchers work.

- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and helping define how success is measured.
- Care deeply about good reasoning, honesty, nuance, and care in decision-making and customer interactions.
Nice to Have
- Background in scientific research, biotech/pharma, or R&D tools.
- Experience selling horizontal SaaS tools or AI platforms.
- Familiarity with product-led growth motions or land-and-expand sales.
- Experience mentoring junior sellers or collaborating cross-functionally on sales ops/enablement.
Team & Environment
You will be the most senior seller on the team, partnering directly with founders and the product team.

- Salary: $160,000 to $190,000 base salary.
