The Enterprise Account Executive will drive growth by establishing and managing partnerships with global enterprise clients in sectors including Fashion, Beauty, Electronics, and Cosmetics. This role requires engaging senior executives, negotiating high-value contracts, and working cross-functionally to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level deals to expand market reach
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other executive stakeholders
- Create tailored sales strategies, negotiate agreements, and manage end-to-end deal execution
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and support long-term growth
- Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and performance data to monitor progress, generate insights, and surpass sales goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within Payments, Fintech, or eCommerce
- Demonstrated track record of closing international deals and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of enterprise customer needs in industries such as Fashion, Beauty, and Electronics
- Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities
- Adherence to a structured sales methodology
- Strategic thinker with strong business insight and a disciplined approach to sales execution
Nice to Have
- Background in Cosmetics, Fashion & Apparel, Beauty, or Electronics industries
- Experience applying the MEDDIC sales framework
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Prior experience using Hubspot is advantageous
