Zuora was looking for an Enterprise Account Executive

Zuora is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead new business sales for our largest accounts—companies doing over $500M in revenue. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, identify business challenges, and lead the complete sales motion to convert prospect interest into new customers. You will own the strategy and drive the sales cycle with a cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

  • Complete in-depth onboarding and sales training to become an expert in Zuora’s messaging, products, services, and unique sales approach.
  • Develop account, territory, and opportunity plans to manage complex sales cycles and drive maximum adoption of Zuora’s multi-product portfolio.
  • Identify and secure New Business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota by building a pipeline that fuels ongoing growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Accurately forecast profitable and predictable territory performance.
  • Advocate for customers during implementation and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of solution sales experience managing complex SaaS sales cycles with success in New Business.
  • Proven track record of consistently over-achieving quotas and revenue goals.
  • Ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level executives.
  • Passion for building lasting customer relationships and delivering results collaboratively.
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems.
  • Technologically adept with strong business acumen and outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong computer skills including G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to travel when required.

  • Familiarity with sales training methodologies.
