About the Role

Ontic is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive all sales efforts within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for selling our disruptive SaaS software to Fortune 1000 companies, building relationships with multiple stakeholders, and consistently meeting revenue targets.

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute the sales strategy for your territory within the F1000 landscape.
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business prospects with support from the Business Development team.
  • Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to regularly meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to close.
  • Identify and present a compelling case for change through storytelling and consultative conversations.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders through discovery, demos, solution discussions, and negotiations.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
  • Enhance knowledge of industry, market, and competitors to provide a sales edge.
  • Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert at client interactions and industry events.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure client value realization and 100% retention.

What We're Looking For

  • Five-plus years of experience in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles.
  • Experience selling software solutions in a complex, enterprise sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of long-term success having consistently exceeded six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
  • Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers buy.
  • Exceptional executive presence, with a high degree of comfort presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Proficient with a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Must be based in Connecticut (CT), Massachusetts (MA), Maine (ME), New Hampshire (NH), New Jersey (NJ), Rhode Island (RI), or Vermont (VT).

Nice to Have

  • Experience successfully selling Corporate Security or Executive Protection to Fortune 1000 brands.
  • Graduate of formal sales (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) training programs.
  • Preference for candidates located near a major airport to support occasional travel.
