About the Role

Roboflow is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own deals from start to finish for our computer vision platform. You will qualify inbound leads, prospect into target accounts, manage multiple concurrent deals, and navigate organizational structures to demonstrate Roboflow's value.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify leads with our SDRs and develop them into high-value opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers, including executives, to understand their needs and simplify closing deals.
  • Close deals efficiently to increase our ACV and compress our sales cycles.
  • Prospect into new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Keep our CRM up to date with customer info, deal size, and deal status to improve forecasting and sales processes.
  • Work with technical stakeholders, including executives, to identify opportunities to accelerate computer vision adoption in their business.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new features and messaging that increase Roboflow's value and use.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of closing experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end SaaS sales cycles at a previous startup.
  • A track record of success in consistently building pipeline and hitting your number.
  • A solution-based approach to selling and the ability to manage a sales process.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills, organization, and contact management capabilities.
  • A hands-on approach to learning technical concepts and leading technical discussions internally and externally with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn as our product and sales process evolves.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and/or business intelligence tooling.

Team & Environment

You will join a team of ~70 and partner directly with our Head of Sales, CEO, and Field Engineering. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Product and mentor our SDRs, reporting to the Head of Sales.

  • Compensation: $150,000 base salary + equity.
  • $4,000/yr travel stipend to work alongside other Roboflowers.
  • $350/mo productivity stipend for your work environment.
  • Cover up to 100% of your health insurance costs for you and your partner or family.
  • Equity in the company.

This is a hybrid role open to candidates in the US and Europe.
