DeepJudge is hiring an Enterprise Account Director to spearhead sales initiatives and manage strategic client relationships. This remote position, focused on the US East Coast, is central to expanding our market presence and delivering value to enterprise-level customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets for the East Coast territory.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing of complex, high-value deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful solution delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and client business challenges to position our offerings effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales or account director role, with a consistent track record of success.
- Proven ability to sell complex, high-value B2B solutions into large enterprise organizations.
- Strong executive presence and experience building relationships with C-level and senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into specific verticals such as Legal, Financial Services, or Professional Services.
- Background in selling software, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Familiarity with the East Coast business market and existing network of contacts.
