Virta Health is hiring an Enrollment Advisor to provide proactive motivation and information for applicants throughout our enrollment process. You will be the primary contact guiding applicants from application to enrollment, making personal connections via phone, chat, and email to answer questions and define a positive experience.

What You'll Do

Guide applicants through the Virta enrollment process to answer questions and provide motivation.
Regularly call applicants, spending 80+% of your time on the phone with inbound and outbound calling.
Conduct chat and email follow up to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Be individually responsible for enrolling applicants and achieving individual and team-based quarterly quotas.
Use in-app chat systems to motivate and guide applicants.
Proactively think of ways to improve the enrollment process for patients and teammates and help execute on those ideas.
Answer applicant questions accurately, with compassion and patience.
Use independent judgment and an approved communication cadence with each applicant.
Communicate the science behind nutritional ketosis and diabetes reversal.
Be accountable for your applicant conversion rate.
Attend enrollment and customer service trainings and receive regular coaching.
Work with confidential health information using discretion and judgment.
Become an expert on the Virta Treatment, staying up to date with its details and supporting science.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with others quickly on the phone and via email.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience working independently and using best judgment in a fast-paced environment.
Excitement to directly work with applicants on the phone for >80% of your day.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
A fast and reliable internet connection.

Nice to Have

Customer service and inside sales experience preferably in healthcare.
