Responsibilities
- Write original English content on a wide range of subjects
- Edit and revise text for clarity, grammar, and tone
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of generated text
- Follow detailed guidelines for specific writing tasks
- Provide feedback on language model outputs
- Adapt writing style to match different contexts and audiences
- Maintain consistency across related writing assignments
- Identify and flag problematic or ambiguous content
- Complete tasks within defined deadlines
- Collaborate with team members on project requirements
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and punctuation
- Proven experience in writing, editing, or copyediting
- Ability to follow complex instructions precisely
- Experience with technical or academic writing is a plus
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts preferred
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Self-directed with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently on repetitive tasks
