SupportYourApp is hiring a (English & Spanish) Community Strategy & Operations Consultant, FoodTech(remote)

About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to manage and optimize operations for our FoodTech clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring performance and resolving conflicts within a multicultural, multilingual remote community of photographers.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct follow-up calls with community members.
  • Handle operational conflicts by investigating and resolving issues.
  • Engage top performers to identify and replicate best practices.
  • Coordinate scheduling by matching confirmed photoshoots with available photographers.
  • Manage photographer performance through feedback, retraining, and follow-up.
  • Address rule compliance and escalate cases when necessary.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (C1 level written and verbal).
  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills.
  • Experience within the food tech industry.
  • Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
  • Proactive approach with strong ownership of responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Hubspot.
