What You'll Do
Ensure components and materials are consistently available to support site maintenance and operational efficiency. Monitor stock movements daily and respond proactively when performance targets are not met. Use data to guide purchasing decisions, balancing cost-effectiveness with supply reliability. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular validation and timely SAP transactions.
Support planned maintenance by ensuring cleaning and equipment upkeep tasks are completed as scheduled. Contribute to continuous improvement projects as needed and provide cover for team members during absences. Follow company policies and safety standards across all activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities accurately
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Use MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, with a focus on data precision and workflow efficiency
- Deliver consistent performance in fast-paced, demanding conditions
- Provide reliable internal customer service across departments
- Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks and documentation
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience using SAP for inventory or transaction management
