Role Overview
As an Engineering Store Person, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the operational rhythm of the Blunham facility by managing the flow and availability of engineering components. Your focus will be on ensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time, directly supporting site efficiency and maintenance schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Align with site maintenance plans to guarantee timely availability of essential engineering items
- Use SAP to process orders, track inventory, and manage stock transactions accurately
- Monitor daily inventory activity and respond to variances to meet performance benchmarks
- Optimize ordering practices using data to balance cost control with supply reliability
- Conduct regular stock audits and validation checks to maintain inventory integrity
- Complete all necessary documentation and system entries related to store operations
- Support adherence to scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects as needed
- Provide temporary cover for team members during absences
What You’ll Need

Preferred Experience

Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Blunham, operating on a 42-hour weekly schedule with days to be confirmed.
