TensorOps is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small but growing team of engineers in building scalable products from the ground up. You will balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership, driving excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Manage, mentor, and conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews for a team of software engineers.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and rapid iteration.
Provide architectural and design oversight while ensuring technical excellence.
Participate in troubleshooting by digging into logs, reading code, and teaming up with developers.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with Product, QA, and Operations teams to align priorities.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of engineering experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to energize teams and drive shared ownership of goals.
Solid understanding of at least one technology within each stack: Backend (Java, Python, Go, Node.js), Frontend (JavaScript (React), TypeScript), Mobile (Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android) or Flutter), Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Comfortable iterating quickly and adapting based on feedback.

Nice to Have

Experience with Kanban or Scrum.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Healthcare industry related experience.
History of working with New Relic, Datadog, Splunk or other logging/monitoring tooling.
