Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for an Engineering Lead to provide day-to-day technical leadership and shift coverage. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting maintenance issues throughout the entire property, ensuring a high standard of operational performance. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership and shift coverage.
- Troubleshoot all areas of maintenance, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, front-of-house, and back-of-house areas.
- Use Windows-based computer systems for work order management and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Support team members, prioritize work during assigned shifts, and assist with coordinating maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with all departments.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of five (5) years of building maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in all areas of property maintenance.
- Proficient in using Windows-based computer systems for work order management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life-safety systems.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
