Juicebox is hiring an Engineering Lead to be a senior individual contributor who will take over major parts of the codebase, maintain technical velocity, and raise the bar for engineering quality and speed. This person will shape architectural decisions, mentor teammates, and work closely with founders without needing to manage people.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience building features and leading projects from scratch
- Deep understanding of systems and infrastructure
- Experience with JS frameworks and full-stack web apps
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Good at learning things quickly and getting things done
- Shown excellence in education, work experiences, projects, or other areas
- Good at communication
- Enjoy working in person

- Experience with large-scale data pipelines or search clusters
