Tech Lead (Full-stack & Integration) – Remote (PAN India)
Role Summary
This position is for a hands-on technical leader who will drive full-stack development and integration initiatives for clients in fast-moving sectors such as media, financial services, gaming, aviation, and live sports streaming. Working remotely within an agile team, you'll blend strategic thinking with practical development to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile delivery environment to refine project goals and technical requirements
- Translate client needs into functional code changes, system improvements, and timely bug resolution
- Lead by example through active development, peer code reviews, and refactoring efforts
- Conduct technical analysis to identify pathways for modernizing legacy systems and improving performance
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in front-end and back-end development using contemporary programming languages
- Proven ability in system architecture design and implementation
- Strong foundation in coding standards, version control workflows, and collaborative development practices
- Extensive experience with API design, integration patterns, and service-oriented architectures
- Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks including React.js, Angular, or Vue
- In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Less, AJAX, REST, and JSON
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
- Hands-on experience in cloud platforms including Azure and AWS
- Exposure to data platforms like Snowflake
- Background in building native or React-based mobile applications
- Experience managing and updating software development kits (SDKs)
