Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of two years of experience in transportation design
- Hold EIT or FE certification with eligibility to obtain Professional Engineer license within one year
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ORD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation software
Compensation
Eligible candidates may receive a signing bonus of up to $5,000, contingent on completing 12 months of service; early departure within one year requires repayment.
