Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed civil designs under the guidance of senior technical staff, including earthworks, water distribution, pavement structures, drainage, wastewater systems, roadway layouts, and cable conduit networks.
- Create 3D models of civil infrastructure using Civil 3D and Revit software platforms.
- Determine specifications, conduct analysis, and size civil components including submersible pumps, oil interceptors, and storage tanks.
- Own the development and accuracy of civil engineering drawings and design documentation.
- Collaborate within a project team environment, coordinating with engineers, designers, and construction contractors.
- Participate in project meetings related to planning, design development, and site progress, along with occasional field inspections.
- Manage small-scale or low-complexity projects independently from initiation to completion.
- Ensure civil design documents reflect safety, reliability, and integrity best practices.
- Uphold adherence to applicable engineering codes and internal quality assurance protocols across all design tasks.
- Support the preparation of technical submissions, bids, and project proposals.
