AECOM is hiring an Engineer - Building Civils, Data Centers

Here is what you will be doing: - Under the supervision of a Senior Engineer or Associate Engineer, perform detailed designs involving, but not limited to bulk earthworks, water reticulation, pavement design, stormwater, sewerage, road geometry and cable ducts. - Modelling of civil engineering services in Civil 3D and Revit. - Specification, analysis and sizing of civil engineering equipment such as submersible pumps, interceptors and tanks. - Take responsibility for civil engineering design and drawings. - Be part of a project team, liaise with other professional team members and contractors. - Attend planning, design and site meetings, and ad-hoc site inspections. - Independently manage projects of low complexity. - Work to ensure the implementation of safety and integrity principles in civil engineering documentation such as reports, analysis and specifications. - Promote compliance with all relevant engineering standards and internal QA procedures for all design activities. - Assist with the compilation of bids and proposals.
