Deloitte is seeking an Engagement Support Analyst to join our national support team. In this role, you will be a centralized point of contact, assisting audit professionals across Canada with critical client relationship management processes. You'll work in a dynamic virtual team setting, balancing collaborative efforts with independent tasks while managing tight deadlines and adapting to evolving conditions.
What You'll Do
- Input account and opportunity data in Salesforce/CRM while adhering to firm protocols.
- Update and edit opportunities for the Audit practice.
- Perform simplified, background, and conflict checks.
- Generate CAEA and handle pricing tool uploads.
- Create and edit WBS codes in SAP with a high degree of accuracy.
- Respond to requests quickly and concisely.
- Participate in ad hoc special projects as required.
- Liaise with other Deloitte teams.
- Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingualism in French and English is required due to interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize and project manage your workload.
- Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to provide concise and professional instructions to practitioners.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment as well as independently.
- Understand the business needs of practitioners to provide efficient service.

Team & Environment
You will join the Audit Central Team (ACT), a centralized point of contact for all Audit & Assurance related CAEA, WBS and Pricing inquiries. You'll be part of a national support team of experienced coordinators.

- Compensation: $47,000 - $78,000
