This role is central to enhancing sales performance and operational effectiveness within the Provider Growth function. The Engagement Management Analyst works hand-in-hand with Solution Sales Executives and internal teams to manage deal requests, uphold process standards, and support successful deal execution from initiation to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the deal support request process, evaluating incoming inquiries and directing them appropriately
- Provide direct assistance on ad hoc deal requests, ensuring alignment with established workflows and timelines
- Support the creation and delivery of client-facing materials and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Act as a liaison across matrixed teams to enable smooth coordination at critical deal milestones
- Support Salesforce maintenance, including data accuracy, hygiene, and process adherence
- Respond to Provider Support Inbox requests such as Client Profiles, ContractHub submissions, and external document preparation
- Participate in deal scoping discussions and assist with tracking unresolved actions through dashboards
- Contribute to pursuit planning by leveraging opportunity and close plans for high-priority deals
- Analyze existing sales processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements with defined timelines
- Champion best practices, tools, and methodologies tied to enterprise-wide sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment terms, and evolving work arrangements
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum of 5 years in project management, sales, client support, or market research; at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience; proven ability to thrive in a matrixed environment; strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce; excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Preferred: Experience in the U.S. healthcare sector; background in bid management, RFP response, or sales operations; familiarity with SmartSheets.
