About the Role
The role involves driving sales of endoluminal products by engaging with physicians, hospitals, and key decision-makers to increase utilization and support patient access through clinical education and strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target key healthcare facilities for endoluminal product adoption
- Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training sessions
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support case planning and execution
- Track and report sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools
- Respond to customer inquiries about device specifications and clinical applications
- Attend and support presence at medical conferences and trade shows
- Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends
- Work with distribution partners to ensure supply chain efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing to align field efforts with campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
- Support contracting and reimbursement discussions with hospital finance teams
- Educate customers on clinical data and peer-reviewed outcomes
- Drive adoption of new product features and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all activities
Nice to Have
- Experience selling capital equipment or complex medical devices
- Background in endoluminal or GI therapeutic technologies
- Existing network of physician contacts in gastroenterology
- Prior success in launching new medical products
- Knowledge of CPT coding and reimbursement pathways
