About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and target key healthcare decision-makers for product adoption
- Conduct clinical demonstrations of endoluminal technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians and hospital staff
- Provide detailed product information to surgical and gastroenterology teams
- Track and report sales activities and outcomes regularly
- Collaborate with regional teams to meet quarterly targets
- Respond to customer inquiries about device functionality
- Coordinate with clinical specialists for joint visits
- Educate medical staff on procedural applications of the technology
- Manage inventory and product logistics for evaluations
- Stay current on regulatory and compliance standards
- Attend medical conferences and trade shows as representative
- Gather market feedback for product improvement teams
- Support contracting and procurement processes with hospital systems
- Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and policies
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Prepare forecasts and sales projections
- Facilitate training sessions for new users
- Work with marketing to align field activities
- Report adverse events or device issues promptly
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Drive adoption in both academic and community centers
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Escalate technical concerns to appropriate support teams
- Support health economics discussions with value analysis committees
