Responsibilities
- Proactively maintain and develop all operational infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
- Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, certificates, hot fixes and on servers, workstations, and network hardware
- Awareness of vulnerability management systems and security remediation
- Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
- Expert in Powershell, Shell, Perl, and/or Python, terraform scripting
- Strong grasp on configuration management tools, such as Puppet and Chef, Ansible
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, etc
- Excellent troubleshooting skills: Able to solve authentication issues, troubleshoot connectivity issues with servers and certificates
- Experience with integrating applications and providing support related to infrastructure
- Enhance and improve existing infrastructure through automation and reporting
- Take handoff of problems from SME leads and work them independently to root cause
- Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for Infrastructure issues
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
- Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation

- Relevant and current certifications will be considered an advantage
