Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Sr. Associate, Ops Innovation (EMR Analyst) to join a high-performing team on initiatives critical to business success. In this role, you will partner with operational teams to understand, assess, and improve processes while optimizing the integration of technology into daily workflows.
What You'll Do
- Support specific engagements and implement changes in approaches, methods, services, or processes to enhance competitiveness.
- Collect information and source feedback to learn about current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem solve with a small, results-oriented team to keep projects on track toward short-term milestones and long-term objectives.
- Partner effectively with many different business units throughout the organization.
- Leverage data and insights from multiple sources and platforms.
- Develop, monitor, and track performance towards engagements and defined KPIs.
- Provide guidance and training to teammates throughout engagements.
- Conduct or support original qualitative and quantitative research.
- Prepare presentation materials, drive meeting follow-ups, and develop tangible outcomes to achieve targets across multiple KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong experience working with hospital EMRs and builds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work with limited direct oversight.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and interest in building client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with experience in data analysis.
- Collaborative, team player.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- EPIC experience desired.
- CPhT certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Pharmacy Operating Systems preferred.
