Responsibilities
- Create high-impact written and video content tailored to technical builders, illustrating the complex engineering challenges of applying AI in healthcare.
- Develop and maintain the employer brand narrative for technical audiences across platforms including social media, conferences, and community forums, using authentic voices from within the company.
- Craft a persuasive story that answers whether healthcare presents meaningful engineering challenges, positioning it as a compelling field for builders.
- Provide recruiters with precise, distinctive messaging to use in conversations with senior technical candidates.
- Extend the impact of conference appearances through timely recaps, live updates, and follow-up content that sustains engagement.
- Identify internal technical team members whose perspectives should be elevated and support them in engaging with external AI/ML communities.
- Participate in and lead outreach at key builder events in San Francisco to strengthen the recruitment pipeline through genuine community presence.
- Build authentic relationships with influential engineers, investors, and technical leaders before any immediate need arises.
- Define the network of individuals and organizations aligned with the company’s mission and create systems to maintain long-term engagement.
- Analyze and map the technical community landscape to prioritize high-value events and forums, focusing efforts where they matter most.
