EY is seeking an Employer Brand Project Manager (CDI) to join our Employer Brand / Campus Relations team within EY Talent. You will lead employer branding campaigns, manage content production, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and drive performance analysis.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate content production (videos, visuals, global assets, social media content, educational formats for schools) and ensure visual and editorial consistency.
- Manage relationships with agencies for media adaptations, paid social, photo shoots, and event videos.
- Oversee operational management of job boards (JobTeaser, WTTJ, LinkedIn, etc.) and their showcase pages.
- Act as the liaison between the Recruitment team and media platforms / Employer Brand showcase pages.
- Propose and produce editorial content tailored to platform codes (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and different target audiences (students, engineers, experienced professionals).
- Monitor and animate the employee advocacy program.
- Coordinate contributions from employees and opinion leaders during campaigns and events.
- Deploy activation strategies to convert meetings for our recruitment and campus relations goals.
- Manage pre/post-event communication (posts, videos, ambassador kits).
- Support Campus Managers on events and campus relations activities.
- Serve as the point of contact for DSRH teams, Campus Relations, Marketing & Communication, press, business teams, influencers, and agencies.
- Manage annual employer brand retroplanning (editorial calendar, production calendar).
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize media choices.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual strategies (n+1).
What We're Looking For
- Bac+5 level higher education.
- At least two years of experience in Employer Branding, Communication, Marketing, or Digital.
- Strong understanding of Employer Branding, Campus, and Recruitment challenges.
- Comfortable with project management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Nice to Have
- Mastery of social media codes (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Proficiency with visual creation tools: Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) / Canva.
- Aptitude for video, short-form content, and content creation.
- Excellent writing skills, storytelling sense, and attention to detail.
- Professional and proactive demeanor.
