Responsibilities
- Oversee a designated portfolio of employee relations cases within a specialized team
- Lead or assist in investigations related to policy breaches, workplace conflicts, or misconduct allegations
- Advise on performance management processes, including documentation and corrective measures
- Support involuntary employee departures with a focus on minimizing risk and upholding company standards
- Work closely with the Employee Relations & PX Compliance Supervisor to ensure consistent case handling and compliance
- Coordinate with senior HR business partners to align on talent strategy and identify workforce trends
- Consult with legal teams on high-risk cases to ensure regulatory compliance and risk reduction
- Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance and behavioral concerns proactively
- Deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities in employee management
- Examine employee relations data to detect patterns, risks, and actionable insights
- Present findings to senior HR and business leaders with emphasis on root causes and business implications
- Ensure thorough and compliant recordkeeping of all case details, actions, and timelines
- Review employee timecards to verify compliance with travel time policies and detect irregularities
- Assist with additional investigative or analytical tasks during periods of lower workload
