Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes
- Investigate and address employee grievances
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance on performance management processes
- Support managers in conducting disciplinary actions
- Advise on workplace policies and procedures
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Provide training and development opportunities for managers and employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations matters
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams on employee relations issues

- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
- Provide advice on workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs

- Conduct workplace audits and assessments
- Provide advice on workplace harassment and discrimination issues
- Support the development and implementation of employee wellness programs
