About the Role

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations issues
  • Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes
  • Investigate and address employee grievances
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes
  • Support managers in conducting disciplinary actions
  • Advise on workplace policies and procedures
  • Conduct workplace investigations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for managers and employees
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams on employee relations issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations
  • Provide advice on workplace health and safety issues
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
  • Provide advice on workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs
  • Provide advice on workplace change management initiatives
  • Conduct workplace audits and assessments
  • Provide advice on workplace harassment and discrimination issues
  • Support the development and implementation of employee wellness programs
  • Provide advice on workplace bullying and harassment prevention strategies
  • Conduct workplace mediation and conflict resolution sessions
  • Provide advice on workplace grievance procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs
  • Provide advice on workplace performance management systems

Nice to Have

  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role within a large organization
