YOUR MISSION Under the Senior Culture & Inclusion Manager, you'll be crucial in crafting and implementing an engaging employee experience across the UK, Germany, Spain, and Portugal. Your contributions will shape our organizational culture through strategic initiatives, requiring an ambitious, creative professional capable of rapidly building trust in a dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Global Events and Experience Ownership: Manage comprehensive internal event lifecycles, ensuring consistent, high-quality international employee experiences. Coordinate logistics, budgets, communications, and execution for London and international offices. Driving DE&I Initiatives: Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program planning, collaborating with Employee Resource Groups to develop culturally relevant, impactful events and awareness campaigns. Translate ERG efforts into compelling, actionable company-wide communications. Data-Driven Engagement: Administer and analyze employee engagement tool Peakon, creating comprehensive reports and actionable insights. Support data collection and reporting for DE&I metrics. Internal Communications and Narrative: Serve as primary communicator for People Team initiatives, drafting engaging, people-focused internal communications that resonate globally. Merchandise & Onboarding Experience: Manage end-to-end merchandise relationships, coordinating new starter packages, maintaining inventory, tracking costs, and innovating branding strategies. Culture & Inclusion Project Leadership: Drive implementation of key organizational development projects like Internal Mentoring and Carwow Classrooms.
