As the local expert, you will represent the voice of the customer within the organization and ensure research informs key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage both qualitative and quantitative research programs tailored to the EMEA market
- Translate complex findings into clear, strategic recommendations for brand and business teams
- Partner with regional and global teams in insights, marketing, digital, and merchandising to align research with business goals
- Advocate for customer-centric strategies by ensuring insights are understood and acted upon
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Insights Manager to prioritize research needs and deliver timely results
