Lola Blankets is hiring an Embedded Sales Lead to drive revenue growth by enabling our partner sales teams. In this fully remote role, you will be the key support for our partners, providing sales expertise, managing pipelines, and building processes that ensure partner success in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams, addressing complex inquiries and facilitating deal closure.
- Manage all partner-referred leads and own the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Ensure a clean sales pipeline and accurate forecasting for direct referrals and partner revenue.
- Design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training sessions for partner sales teams.
- Own the Slack sales support channel as the primary point of contact for partner sales inquiries.
- Ensure timely deal closure and maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of Salesforce records.
- Continuously iterate on the role framework and develop strategic plans for partner success and automation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including managing complex sales processes from lead generation to closure.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support partner success.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage pipelines, leads, and sales data.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Collaborative, team-player mindset with willingness to engage cross-functional teams.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
