Join EX Squared as an Email & SMS Account Manager focused on eCommerce. You will lead retention strategies for top brands, translating complex data into actionable insights and crafting unique, on-brand campaigns that boost LTV and reduce CAC. This strategic, client-facing role involves managing 8-10 clients and guiding creative execution with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do
- Lead client communication with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
- Develop creative, non-basic campaign concepts aligned with each brand's voice, goals, and customer journey.
- Guide a team of designers and collaborate with copywriters to produce error-free, on-brand, conversion-driven content.
- Own retention performance: build and manage advanced email and SMS flows, campaign calendars, and data-backed optimizations.
- Conduct ongoing account audits to identify segmentation, automation, and A/B testing opportunities.
- Translate metrics (CTR, CVR, RPR, LTV) into actionable, digestible client insights.
- Proactively manage timelines, resources, and internal collaboration.
- Ensure consistent QA and brand alignment across all creative assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continually bring fresh, innovative campaign ideas.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of comprehensive eCommerce retention marketing experience (not limited to freelance or assistant roles).
- Proven ability to manage 8–10 client accounts simultaneously and guide a small creative team with minimal oversight.
- Prior experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs at an advanced level.
- Strong portfolio of full-funnel email and SMS campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for creativity and performance.
- Confident, proactive communicator who can simplify complex data and strategies.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced agency environment with zero micromanagement.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, CVR, RPR.
- U.S. or Colombia-based and located within ±3 hours of EST. Must be available Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or other SMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and project management platforms.
