We're Sweat Pants Agency, and we're looking for an experienced Email & Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our team. You'll own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for multiple DTC and eCommerce brands—developing automated flows, campaigns, and retention programs that drive measurable revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency, freelance, or multi-client environment and thrives when managing email programs across several brands simultaneously.
What You'll Do
- Own email strategy for multiple client accounts — developing monthly plans, campaign calendars, and long-term retention roadmaps
- Build and optimize automated flows — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and lifecycle sequences in Klaviyo
- Analyze performance and report insights — translate data into actionable recommendations that improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally — work with copywriters, designers, and project managers to ensure campaigns are on-brand and on-time
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies — leverage RFM analysis, behavioral triggers, and audience insights to maximize engagement
- QA campaigns before launch — ensure flawless execution with attention to links, personalization, mobile responsiveness, and tracking
- Stay current with email marketing trends — bring fresh ideas and best practices to continuously improve our clients' programs
