Remote Recruitment is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic UK-based team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our email marketing strategy, expanding our brand presence, fostering customer relationships, and supporting our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services effectively.
- Utilise email marketing tools to design and distribute engaging email content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK, including sales, design, and content, to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Analyse email campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies for higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email content and effectiveness continually.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within a UK-based company, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret email marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Remote-readiness, including reliable internet connection and the use of your own computer or laptop.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the UK team.
