Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior email specialists to build and code multilingual, culturally adapted fundraising emails for donor engagement.
- Coordinate across teams to execute campaign strategies, including timelines, feature rollouts, and A/B testing, with occasional leadership responsibilities.
- Build and apply expertise in digital fundraising workflows and email systems to solve moderately complex technical challenges.
- Advise the campaigns team on optimal email coding practices by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the Email Service Provider (ESP).
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all emails are accurate, functional, and error-free before deployment.
- Support tracking setup and project prioritization within internal systems to improve campaign measurement and efficiency.
- Assist in defining audience segments to enhance targeting and personalization in email outreach.
- Work with associates to refine and standardize template code and maintain organized email archives.
- Provide web development support for Wikipedia fundraising banners as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation and summaries of processes and projects for future reference.
