Alchemy Worx is seeking a Email Copywriter to join our team. This is a fully remote position where you will write compelling email copy that drives opens, clicks, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will integrate seamlessly with our collaborative internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Produce high-quality, on-brand email copy for newsletters, promotional blasts, lifecycle sequences, and transactional messages.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, strategists, and account managers to align copy with client objectives, brand voice, and campaign strategy.
- Partner with internal builders to finalize copy, ensure seamless template integration, and maintain high-volume production.
- Utilize a foundational understanding of ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, drafting, refining tone, and brainstorming.
- Write copy variations for A/B testing to optimize performance and inform future campaigns.
- Serve as a guardian of client brand voices for consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Proofread and edit all copy meticulously for grammar, clarity, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Copywriter, specifically focused on email marketing.
- Proven ability to work effectively, independently, and collaboratively in a 100% remote environment.
- A foundational, practical understanding of how to use large language models, specifically ChatGPT, as part of the copywriting process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationales.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with a sharp eye for consistency and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and pivot based on feedback or data.
Nice to Have
- 3-5 years of experience as a Copywriter, specifically focused on email marketing.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong email campaign results.
