Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance team in ensuring reliable operation of production machinery within the textile manufacturing sector.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with plant production systems, including control programs and communication networks.
- Identify and correct faults in DC drives, motors, and related components, including reprogramming as needed.
- Repair and maintain AC motors, control circuits, and connected equipment to ensure operational continuity.
- Service and configure variable frequency drives (VFDs) and their associated systems to optimize performance.
- Diagnose, configure, and program PLCs from manufacturers such as Allen Bradley and Siemens, along with HMI devices.
- Inspect and maintain electrical power distribution infrastructure across the facility.
- Ensure proper functioning of utility systems including HVAC, air compressors, and regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO).
- Perform electrical and mechanical integration of new machinery during installation and commissioning phases.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors or maintenance leadership.
