nVent is seeking an Electrician to join our team at the Trachte facility in Oregon, WI. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment, ensuring safe and efficient electrical operations.
What You'll Do
- Install wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install all types of electrical conduit.
- Splice wires and/or terminate wires to lighting, power, and control equipment.
- Connect power cables to equipment.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Nice to Have
- Commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Working knowledge of switchgear integration.
Technical Stack
- Knowledge of all types of electrical conduit.
- Familiarity with 120/240 single phase, 120/240V delta 3 phase, 120/208V 3 phase, and 277/480V 3 phase systems.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
