Responsibilities
- Create, deploy, and sustain organization-wide quality assurance and quality control policies, standards, and workflows
- Lead and supervise QA/QC initiatives across various projects and geographic areas
- Define and track quality performance indicators, KPIs, and reporting systems
- Drive ongoing improvement efforts to increase quality, operational efficiency, and uniformity
- Ensure adherence to relevant codes, industry standards, regulations, and client requirements
- Manage audits, inspections, and quality evaluations across project sites
- Coordinate with Operations, Safety, and Prefabrication departments to align quality practices
- Advise on complex quality challenges, risk reduction strategies, and root cause investigations
- Assist in commissioning, handover, and client acceptance procedures
- Design and deliver QA/QC training and workforce capability programs
- Work with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational excellence goals
- Serve as primary representative in client engagements, audits, and quality discussions
