Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on estimating experience within utility construction or electrical infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated background in negotiating contracts and managing subcontractor relationships
- Valid driver’s license accompanied by a satisfactory driving history
Nice to Have
- Prior involvement in utility-scale or electrical distribution system construction
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and estimating platforms such as Accubid, HCSS, or comparable tools
- Familiarity with project management principles or field execution workflows
- Experience collaborating with utility companies, cooperatives, or municipal power agencies
