Instone Real Estate is looking for an Electrical Planning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential planning support for our residential construction projects, creating detailed design and execution plans while developing innovative technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide planning support for our residential development projects in the discipline of electrical engineering.
- Create design and execution plans in the field of electrical planning.
- Further develop our digital 5D planning approach.
- Develop innovative concepts and solutions for the technical optimization of our construction projects.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in planning and calculating electrical systems.
- Proficient use of specialist software, particularly Autodesk Revit in combination with liNear.
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g., DIN VDE, HOAI, DIN 18015, TAB, VDE-AR-N).
- Strong process thinking paired with analytical and conceptual skills, teamwork, communication strength, and interest in new technologies.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience ideally in residential construction.
- Experience with tenders and contract awards.
- Affinity for topics such as electromobility, photovoltaic systems, etc.
