Responsibilities
- Provide support to the project manager in overseeing daily operations and administrative functions.
- Assist in creating, evaluating, and monitoring RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project records.
- Help coordinate weekly scheduling, workforce planning, material logistics, and long-lead item tracking.
- Participate in internal and external project meetings and produce summaries or follow-up actions.
- Ensure project documents are current, properly maintained, and distributed promptly to relevant parties.
- Perform regular site inspections with management to monitor progress and confirm installation adherence.
- Document field conditions, track completion percentages, and identify possible schedule risks.
- Collaborate with field teams to align on project objectives, safety protocols, and implementation strategies.
- Support oversight of labor time, equipment utilization, and material expenditures.
- Verify accuracy of purchase orders, delivery receipts, and subcontractor billing documents.
- Contribute to weekly reporting, including project status summaries and cost projections.
- Facilitate communication among clients, general contractors, engineering teams, and internal staff.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when engaging with outside parties, reflecting company values.
- Uphold safety standards during all site visits and field activities.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code, local regulations, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Support closeout processes such as punch list tracking, as-built coordination, and handover documentation.
