Crystalia Glass is looking for an eLearning Developer & L&D Specialist to design, develop, and maintain digital training content, transition existing learning programs into eLearning formats, and manage course deployment through a Learning Management System. This role supports both the technical creation of interactive courses and the coordination of learning initiatives across departments.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development of interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, as directed by the lead methodologist.
- Create and refine visual elements (screens, interactions, triggers, animations) based on provided templates and brand guidelines.
- Design supporting graphics and visuals that are clear, professional, and consistent with brand/style guides.
- Revise course content based on feedback and updates from the lead methodologist.
- Test and troubleshoot course functionality, including navigation, triggers, and responsiveness.
- Ensure consistent quality and usability across various devices and platforms.
- Upload and maintain course content in the LMS, including SCORM packaging, version control, and metadata.
- Track course versions and assist in managing planned updates.
- Keep file structures organized and up to date.
- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather course requirements and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Participate in team projects, brainstorming sessions, tool pilots, and the development of new formats or methodologies.
- Support the Training Department in planning and implementing training programs across departments.
- Manage training records, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and timely updates.
- Schedule live virtual sessions, send reminders, and monitor attendance.
- Participate in creating and updating training materials, manuals, and job aids.
- Keep training project documentation organized (file structures, feedback logs, version notes).
