Exiger is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join during a pivotal stage of growth. This is a unique opportunity to build, scale, and continuously improve our enablement programs, which are viewed as a strategic lever for revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver new hire onboarding, GTM certifications, and training for customer-facing teams to reduce ramp time and increase technical fluency.
- Design and deliver training, enablement, and ongoing optimization for core sales tools.
- Design, develop, and continuously refine training bots that simulate realistic customer conversations and product scenarios.
- Using AI tools, design role-based micro-trainings that can be quickly deployed and updated.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate, accelerate, or enhance learning experiences using AI, and improve onboarding and training workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in a SaaS company within sales enablement, presales, sales, revenue operations, or related go-to-market roles.
- A self-reliant, proactive builder mentality with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in a fast-evolving SaaS and AI environment.
- Comfort working across functions and influencing without direct authority.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to balance quantitative insight and qualitative judgement.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical SaaS or software platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with urgency.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to quickly learn new systems and teach them clearly.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and iterate on program effectiveness.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, content development, and workflow efficiency.
- Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and how they can enhance learning outcomes.
- Comfort experimenting with new technologies in a responsible and structured way.

Team & Environment
You will report to the Head of Learning & Development and work closely with partners in Product, Global Shared Services, and Go-To-Market teams.
