Thomson Reuters is seeking a Digital Learning Experience Developer to create on-demand and instructor-led learning solutions for its global segments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team, Instructional Designers, and Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain high-quality digital learning collateral.
What You'll Do
- Create digital learning content such as eLearning, Micro Learning, audio, video, animation, and other digital elements.
- Maintain and update existing learning content.
- Edit video and audio assets.
- Create graphical layouts and visually appealing experiences.
- Develop performance support materials.
- Build clear and concise learning modules and solutions for various learner personas.
- Ensure world-class quality standards for all training content.
- Collaborate with different functions within the team and the overall business.
- Assist with converting instructor-led training scripts into on-demand learning storyboards, scripts, and deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of related experience in learning development.
- Demonstrated experience using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Vyond, and the Adobe CC Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
- Experience collaborating with team members and leadership in a corporate setting.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Use of graphic design applications to develop visually appealing and engaging experiences.
- Experience developing eLearning with integrated gamification components.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
- Awareness of basics of content development concepts such as colour schemes and visualization.
- Must be able to work from the office 2 days a week.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in tools like WellSaid.
- Familiarity with instructional design processes like ADDIE, SAM, or LLAMA.
- Rapid instructional development techniques.
- Gamified learning development experience.
- Experience with learning technology standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/XML/JavaScript.
- User Experience Design background.

Team & Environment
You will be part of a team containing project managers and instructional designers within the Commercial Excellence Team under Sales Enablement. You'll work closely with Sales Engagement Specialists, Managers, Assistant Managers, Leads, and Subject Matter Experts.
