Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with truck drivers, fleet managers, and internal company staff to resolve ELD-related issues and provide support.
- Continuously update and manage ELD boards, ensuring all data is current and accurate. Maintain regular communication with load boards and staff members of our client freight carriers (Freight MCs).
- Analyze driver logbooks to identify and report violations, disconnected driving, and ELD malfunctions.
- Fill in any necessary missing information on logbooks, including notes, shipping documentation, and certifications, to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Conduct 'shrink and slide' operations to legally and effectively maximize available driving time for drivers.
Requirements
- B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Availability Required: Full-time position - three different shifts (minimum 40 hours a week): Morning shift - 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM CT, Daytime shift - 4.30 PM - 12.30 AM CT, Night shift - 12.30 AM - 8.30 AM CT
