Responsibilities
- Partner with the Technical Art Director to design and maintain content creation tools, animation systems, and pipeline solutions using Python or C++, both within and outside the engine environment.
- Develop in-engine assets and technical systems such as blueprints, material networks, control rigs, and performance optimizations that require specialized technical art knowledge.
- Apply advanced proficiency in Sequencer and Maya to diagnose and resolve issues related to cinematic production.
- Work alongside internal and external artists, technical artists, engineers, and designers to streamline workflows and ensure pipeline efficiency.
- Establish, document, and uphold standards for asset integrity, naming conventions, and performance limits while guiding team adherence.
- Produce and manage clear, up-to-date documentation for technical art processes, tools, and recommended practices.
