Corewell Health is looking for an EEG Technician PRN to perform neurodiagnostic procedures as part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will set up patients with appropriate equipment to monitor and record the electrical activity of their brain waves, providing physicians with critical data to identify abnormalities.
What You'll Do
- Set up patients with appropriate EEG equipment.
- Monitor and record electrical activity of a patient's brain waves.
- Perform EEG procedures according to department and Corewell Health policy and procedures.
- Provide support for Butterworth, Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, Blodgett, 25 Michigan and 35 Michigan.
What We're Looking For
- HS Diploma or Equivalent.
- 6 Months relevant neurodiagnostic/EEG experience.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days.
Nice to Have
- Associates graduate from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electro neurodiagnostic (END) Program.
